A meeting was held on May 30, 2026, with the participation of representatives from Abad Rahan Pars Company as the contractor and Caspian Services as the employer and project financier of the Rasht–Astara Railway Project.

The meeting was conducted with the purpose of the official handover of project-related documents and records. During the session, the agreed documentation was reviewed and formally delivered to the contractor. At the conclusion of the meeting, a Document Handover Certificate was signed by representatives of both companies to officially confirm and record the completion of the handover process.
