HSE Policy<\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>

Abad Rahan Pars International Group considers Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Policy not as an obligation but as one of the core values of its corporate culture and a conscientious responsibility. ARP International Group is committed to providing a healthy and safe workplace and protecting the environment, and its vision is to meet the expectations of its stakeholders through continuous improvement and to minimize eventual damages to the employees, third parties, subcontractors, partners, visitors, properties, and environment during its activities. ARP, as a consequence of its corporate strategy regarding sustainability, establishes its main priorities in Health, Safety and Environment:
\n– To integrate Health, Safety and Environment items in the top management decision-making process and to comply with the related legislation, regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
\n– To preserve the Health and Safety of its employees, subcontractors, suppliers and all third parties, and to protect the environment through the minimization of risks and the implementation of socially responsible behavior in all its activities.
\n– To promote a continuous improvement through the optimization of the Health, Safety and Environmental management, fostering a culture of prevention instead of correction.
\n– To provide a positive HSE culture in which every employee, subcontractor, and third party feels free to speak up about nonconformance, unsafe situations or any other health, safety and environmental issue.
\n– To deliver to its clients services that meet their expectations and are safe in their operation and maintenance, as well as being environmentally friendly.
\n– To communicate relevant and truthful information about the company activities, performing internal and external audits to ensure its liability, and encouraging its continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

Consequently:<\/p>\n

– We assume that all accidents and all illnesses can be prevented and our work with health and safety is a natural part of the daily work. Abad Rahan Pars International Group is committed to developing a caring and preventive safety culture across its organization.
\n– In our opinion, it goes without saying that our employees should come home from work healthy and uninjured. Therefore we are constantly working to ensure that our worksites operate in a safe and responsible way. Our goal is accident-free and healthy worksites, so we identify the potential emergency cases and take actions to be prepared for the same.
\n– We need to make sure that the employees are familiar with related risks and they take reasonable care of their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their activities, by carrying out their duties in a safe manner in accordance with ARP\u2019s policies and procedures.
\n– We never compromise on safety. We don\u2019t take safety shortcuts. We give authority and responsibility to all employees to stop unsafe work. We are safer together when we look out for ourselves and each other.<\/p>\n

\u201cWork Safely or NOT AT ALL\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

– Through our continuous training programs, we seek to inform and raise employees, suppliers, and subcontractors\u2019 awareness of obligations and responsibilities. Training is important to promote the creation and standardization of a corporate health and safety culture for all the employees as well as suppliers and subcontractors with whom we work.
\n– Abad Rahan Pars International Group is committed to minimizing its impact on the environment and the planet.
\n– Within the scope of prevention of pollution and preservation of the environment, reducing climate change, protecting biological diversity and ecosystems, actions are taken to encourage and promote the use of sufficient, efficient and sustainable resources aiming to protect the resources required during activities and operations.
\n– Activities and operations are planned and maintained by adopting the principle of \u201czero waste\u201d and the approach towards prevention of waste generation and subsequently reducing, reuse, recycling, recovery, and disposal of the wastes.
\n– Actions are taken for the preservation of natural water resources, reducing the water consumption, water recycling and reuse within the scope of the water management for a better world for the next generations, and reducing the energy consumption, increasing the energy efficiency, and promoting and encouraging the use of renewable energy resources to the possible extent within the scope of the energy management.
\n– The employees, acting with the awareness that preservation of the environment is a mutual responsibility of humanity, contribute for the establishment and raising of environmental awareness and conscious of the society and stakeholders.
\n– Abad Rahan Pars International Group declares that it\u2019s Health, Safety and Environment Policy is understood, implemented, continuously updated, and communicated at every level of the organization.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
