Abad Rahan Pars International Group, equipped with trained and experienced human resources, operates as a civil engineering organization engaged in the design, execution, commissioning, management, and operation of construction industry projects both domestically and internationally. The company adheres to technical, safety, and environmental principles to enhance the quality of its projects.<\/p>\n

With the goal of continuous performance improvement and strengthening its organizational position, the company commits itself to understanding and fulfilling customer satisfaction, respecting stakeholder rights, fully complying with national and international binding laws and regulations, preserving the environment, and promoting the health and well-being of employees. To achieve these objectives, the company has implemented and maintained an Integrated Management System (IMS) based on international standards such as ISO17776:2016, ISO3834-2:2021, ISO15544:2000, ISO31000:2018, ISO29001:2020, ISO14001:2015, ISO45001:2018, and ISO9001:2015.<\/p>\n

The company’s policy is built upon the following key principles, and it is fully committed to their effective implementation:<\/p>\n

  • Strengthening the company’s position as a reputable domestic and international civil engineering institution, with an emphasis on entering projects in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) format.<\/li>\n
  • Expanding into new markets.<\/li>\n
  • Developing technical and managerial knowledge, oversight, and execution of projects with a focus on increasing productivity, achieving maximum service quality, and continuous improvement through knowledge management.<\/li>\n
  • Planning and implementing measures to properly manage risks and opportunities associated with processes and activities within the scope of the Integrated Management System.<\/li>\n
  • Identifying and fulfilling the practical expectations and requirements of stakeholders, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, standards, and contractual obligations while striving to improve their satisfaction\u2014particularly that of customers.<\/li>\n
  • Committing to employee health and safety, reducing work-related accidents, and protecting customer assets by identifying, assessing, and controlling occupational hazards. The company also sets goals to reduce risk during project execution, following relevant laws and regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Committing to environmental protection and pollution prevention throughout the project life cycle, including water, soil, and air pollution, by identifying, monitoring, and setting objectives for significant environmental aspects while adhering to applicable laws and regulations.<\/li>\n
  • Developing the Integrated Management System through modern procedures and technologies to reduce costs and ensure continuous improvement.<\/li>\n
  • Investing in human capital by enhancing employee knowledge, training, motivation, and satisfaction to improve quality, increase efficiency, and foster creativity and collaboration. Employees’ competencies are continuously developed in alignment with their assigned responsibilities.<\/li>\n
  • Protecting assets, optimizing resource utilization, and procuring efficient and suitable materials, equipment, and machinery in accordance with project requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    All employees are responsible for understanding, implementing, and maintaining this policy, while management representatives are tasked with monitoring and reporting its execution.<\/p>\n

    I personally monitor the implementation, effectiveness, and efficiency of the policy and Integrated Management System at scheduled intervals through the Management Review System.<\/p>\n
